GENERAL Great live a board or cruising yacht. Spacious center cockpit sloop with a rich warm interior. Very well laid out with a full U-shaped galley to port, nav station and additional work area aft of that in the walk-thru to the aft owners cabin. Full head with shower, queen berth with a never been slept on mattress. Traditional Parquet flooring throughout. Nice main salon with a huge dinette table. Two AC units, full electronics. The Perkins 50 HP diesel engine has been recently rebuilt out of the boat and now has 300+ hours. The transmission is new with 200 hours. The present owners cruised for three years. MECHANICAL • The Perkins diesel was removed from the boat and totally rebuilt. • Engine hours are a little over 300 • New transmission has 200 hrs. • Drip-less shaft. • Lots of spare parts; filters, pumps, etc. • The fuel was polished and tanks were checked three months ago. • There was a Panda generator on board. It's since been removed but the space is there for a new generator. The owner has all the connections and hardware if one wishes to re-install a Panda. • The bottom was done July 2012.
