We have owned this boat since 1991. It has taken us, in comfort and safety along the west coast of Florida to the Keys and Bahamas, up the Intercoastal Waterway to the Chesapeake Bay, Long Island Sound, Block Island and Newport. It currently is in Solomons, MD. The boat was refurbished in 1992 including new cushions and upholstery through out including sleeping areas, painted the inside of drawers and lockers, permanent installation of a full size microwave oven, heating and air conditioning system (dedicated shore power plug for heating/ac system), 2000 watt heart interface inverter/charger with remote (electrical panel) controller and TV/phone jack.
Accommodations & Cabin Layout
The cabin layout is standard for the E-40, V-berth with head, salon, galley to port, navigation station and passage way with owner’s stateroom and head aft. The salon table is custom made with two fold out leaves. It can be lowered to cocktail table height. Additionally it is movable to provide full use of the salon. As noted previously, all cushions and upholstery were replaced in 1991
