1st Owner (1991-1998): We were fortunate to purchase Temptation from the original owner who convinced Endeavour Yachts to build "one more boat". She was used her very little and kept her in pristine condition. Temptation was the last 42 Endeavour built and we have enjoyed her accommodations, she sails very well, and has handled everything we have been confronted with thus far...we feel very blessed to have been able to purchase her.Experience:
We have been sailing for 20+ years salt water and fresh and Temptation is our 5th sailboat in the last 20 years...we sold our 1995 Catalina 36 when we decided to move aboard a boat and found TemptationBoat Review/Upgrades:
The Endeavour 42 is a very well built boat that sails very well is all conditions with a very gentle sea motion. Boat sails very well with a full batten main, and 130 Genoa. Beyond that I am hard pressed to come up with any REAL negatives.
