Boat History:

Experience:
100 ton near coastal license. Just returned from two years sailing out of (Houston) Galveston Bay south down Texas coast to Mexico. Turned around and sailed around Gulf Of Mexico and Florida to South Carolina. Turned back to Keys and sailed for three months in the Bahamas. Have chartered down Islands and many trips along the Texas coast. Now we are planning another long cruise.

Boat Review/Upgrades:
The 35 was built for two people to coastal cruise. It is magnificent in that role. We have been caught in storms up to 87 knot winds and the boat can differently handle more than we can. Endeavour built in several flaws such as the fuel tank and poor visibility from the helm while seated. We have reworked most of the undesirable features and really enjoy our boat. The boat sail as well as any boat we have ever been on as a guest or a charterer/renter. After cruising for two years we are ready to look for a slightly larger vessel. After looking at boats on the market we feel we might keep our boat or possibly look at another Endeavour. What a boat, it's a real shame they couldn't stay in business.
