Your Sailing Experience:
I've been sailing for about ten years, my better half, about five. We've chartered a lot on the west coast and in the BVI, in a variety of boats, including Catalinas, Ericssons, Beneteaus, and Hunters. Windbag is the first boat either of us have owned.

Boat Review:
Well, my experience is pretty limited so far; however, I can tell you that I find Windbag more seakindly than other boats I've sailed. I was very disappointed with her performance in reverse--she's virtually uncontrollable, MUCH worse than I have experienced with other vessels. She doesn't have self-tailing winches (though she will before the year is out), and she's not equipped with a genoa track/car system, which makes trimming the genny a challenge. I'd like to put-in a track system as soon as I can, once I decide the best place for it, proper length, etc. She also appears to have a considerable weather helm, whether under sail or power, and I need to figure out why. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied. More to follow, I'm sure.
