We have decided to have a broker involved as we have not sold a boat before i.e. MaLu is our first and only vessel. Like other E43’s, MaLu is a solid vessel for cruising and/or liveaboard. Her rigging, sails, watermaker, generator, air conditioners, washing machine were new in 1996. Her engine (500hrs) and replaced tankage is new since 2001. The cabin sole was sanded smooth and polyurethaned in 2003. We have owned her since 1988 and cruised her for 2 years from San Francisco to Daytona Beach FL. She was trucked back to San Francisco and her truck weight was 42,000 lbs. The inventory listing below represents safety, navigation, tankage, cruising amenities and storage improvements we have made.
