This one owner boat was just received from an estate sale. It sat in slip for over ten years, but is now going through a complete refit.

Less than 400 hrs on the Perkins which has had the entire top of the engine rebuilt with new valves, injectors, exhaust, everything.
Rebuilt Westerbeak gen-set,
new batteries and new inverter charger,
rebuilt plumbing,
new electric head,
rebuilt windlass,
all thru hulls rebuilt,
rewired where needed,
new electronics where needed,
rig off, mast and boom repainted with AwlGrip,
new standing and running rigging where necessary,
new mainsail w/strong track.

This boat will be better than new when completed, including 10 coast of Allgrip varnish on bright work. and new doger and bimini. 
Expected completion Jan 2010. 
New buyer can add their own name to the "Flag Blue" hull pain with gold accent stripe.
