This is a USCG Documented vessel. She has been beautifully maintained with consistent improvements on owners premises. She is equipped for cruising, safety, and ease of operation. This is not a project boat! Everything is so well cared for the original gel-coat shines---there is no fragile paint hiding damage or repairs.

The bowsprit platform was modified to better withstand rough sea and ease of anchor handling. The 45lb CQR has 280ft if 3/88" HT chain. The electric windlass can be operated from the bow or the cockpt. Two additional anchors (Bruce and Danforth) have extensive rode in excellent condition. There is a washdown pump at the bow.
Profurl in-boom mainsail furling/reefing system and the genoa roller furler are operated from the safety of the cockpit; a Boom Break on a dedicated winch is there to assist.
A removable inner forestay allows using a storm jib, well appreciated during gale conditions.
The rig was upgaded with new external chainplates.
A cockpit floor hatch allows easy access torear of engine, transmission, propeller shaft, water heater, and water pressure pump.
Engine is in perfect condition and has new seals, new engine mounts, and new transmission. We have an extensive spare parts inventory: rebuilt transmission, starter motor pumps gaskets . . . including all tools. Fuel delivery system was completely modified and servicing made very easy. The propeller shaft has a PYI 'dry seal' and the 'Spurs' line cutter has shown its value many times.
The engine control panel and all guages are new.
All instruments---radar, GPS, auto pilot, radio are at the helm.
High output alternator, 2000 watt Heart Inverter/Charger and plenty of battery power.
Unique and extensive Lightning Protection System is installed.
The cockpit is protected by a hardtop dodger which supports a permanently mounted solar panel. It has custom closed cell cushions, new bimini with both solid panels and screen enclosures. Pressure sea water there makes cleaning fish and decks a snap. The boarding ladder has a stand-up at water level platform.
Head set-up was completely modified for safety, efficiency, and convenience in many ways.
