This Endeavor needs some minor work to bring it to bristol condition. A six foot section of the starboard quarter aluminum toe rail needs to be replaced... evidently the boat was in a minor collision and the toe rail was bent. A repair has been made but the new piece of toe rail does not exactly match the original. There was no damage to the hull, although the stern railing was bent and then straightened by heating... you can see this if you look close.
In addition, the boat needs a dodger and a bimini, the guage for the anenometer has a short, the masthead light needs replacing (as well as one of the spreader lights), and the boat needs new bottom paint (although there is still some life left in the old paint).
Otherwise the boat is ready to go sailing and comes with the following gear.
1. Two sails... a fully battened main in good (not great) condition, and a 160 genoa in very good condition.
2. Hood continuous loop roller furling (no over rides or tangles at the wrong moment)
3. A clock and borometer
4. Two fire extinguishers
5. Two anchors... a Bruce mounmted on the bow, and a very large Danforth for a storm anchor
6. Teak cockpit sole
7. Various fenders in good condition
8. Wheel and Autohelm 3000
9. Four batteries and an onboard trickle charger
10. Shore power
11. Parque cabin sole
12. Cushions in good condition
13. A fixed table in cabin... very sturdy and convenient
14. Yanmar deisel with new gaskets... runs very smooth... the boat motors very quietly, and easily
15. Two burner propane stove (no gimbels unfortunately)
16. Stereo (CD player) with two speakers
17. 60 or so feet of chain and lots of nylon rode
18. 65 gallon water tank
19. Large holding tank
20. Two electric bilge pumps (one extra, one installed and working)
21. Stainless stern mounted swim ladder
22. Three bladed prop
23. Depth sounder and knot meter
24. VHF
25. and more....
Overall the boat is in good shape and I've had it out sailing in the Atlantic a number of times since I bought it about five months ago. It is not a great 'go to weather' kind of boat, but off the wind it seems to be fairly quick. It stands up well to wind speeds above twenty knots, and its motion is relatively slow. The boat displaces 12000 lbs, and it draws 4'2", which makes it ideal for the islands, and the waters in and around Florida and Mexico. It's a very comfortable, reliable cruiser, and if I had the time and the money I wouldn't hesitate to sail it across the Atlantic or around the world.
Because it needs some very minor work I've lowered the price to 18,000.00 OBO.
It's going to make someone a very nice cruiser for that dream voyage to the islands.

The boat is at the Stone Marina on Johns Island.
