Adding a Bowsprit to an E37

I presently have a non-bowsprit version. I'd like to add a sprit and move the headstay to the end of the sprit. Has anyone else done this? I think it will move the CE more forward and it may stop the weather helm issue.

I contacted the original outfit that did them in '99 and they said they no longer had the plans. There were two models of pulpit per the advertising literature. One for just an anchor platform, and of course the full one for mounting the forestay to.
I have/had all the dimensions around for one that I measured up from another E37, but perhaps it would be better if you found one locally and did your own measuring.
You might want to look at the one on a say '35 Caliber. Its about the same design on the platform itself particularly on the hull mountings. I have no idea what it would take to cut the slot through the bow down by the water line for the big fitting, for the lower stay. Regards.
